WRITING A TRUE UNSOLVED MURDER MYSTERY:  AWESOME ASSIGNMENT
Ten years after a friend from Lexington, Massachusetts 'disappeared' in Belfast, Maine, family members asked me to write about this tragic event. While investigating the case, I uncovered evidence to reopen the case which had become inactive. Hoping that the case would be solved, I waited two years before finally writing a fictional mystery based upon known facts entitled: "Tainted Sand".

This topic comes straight from the mouth of a senior citizen who was conned by a gentlemen and trusted colleague. In looking for answers to "How Could This Happen To Me?" I found out that there were many reasons. I'll share these who, what, why and how answers with the audience.

A man says his wife disappeared in a small store in Belfast, Maine. Evidence indicates that she was killed in their Massachusetts home. Her body has never been found.

A true story about my dog Annie and her journey from abuse and sadness to survival and hope, recovery and happiness. For both children and adults.

"TWENTY-ONE DAYS WITH A VULTURE"
An autobiographical account of the author's vacation of a lifetime transformed into a harrowing personal nightmare. I needed all of my "Abuse Counselor" survival skills to get home alive.
