  • Training for crisis intervention as well as how to counsel victims and respond to abusers.

  • Guest on numerous Radio Talk Shows in the US. and Canada including Det. Mark Fuhrman's "All About Crime".

  • Appeared on community channels like Nutmeg TV (Channel 5 CT) and featured in several news articles.

Evora Jordan is a retired educator, child abuse counselor and consultant. She is a co-founder of a Rape Council in Maine and conducted child abuse prevention workshops in New England and Moscow, Russia.  Evora hails from rural Maine.

Evora has been an active member of the Connecticut Authors and Publishers Association (CAPA) since 1999, serving as President and Chairperson of many committees. She is now the Immediate Past President of that Organization.
