Download the Seti@home software from http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/download.html.
Install the software. Use create a new account if needed during install. Use an email address for the account name.
Go to Change User Account Info, enter your email address, and click I don't know my password to get your password emailed to you.
Once you have your password join Project Blue Book SETI.
